SALEM – The Safe Routes to School Advisory Committee will meet from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. on July 9 at the Chemeketa Center for Business and Industry, 626 High St NE in Salem. Agenda items include an update on the Project Identification Program, a discussion about the Non-Infrastructure Grant Program and recommendations for moving forward, and other items. An option to participate in the meeting via Skype is available; you can get the details when the agenda is available on the SRTS website.
Note to Non-Infrastructure Grant Program applicants: Committee members will not be asking questions of or seeking additional information from any applicants attending the meeting (either in person or via Skype).
The Safe Routes to School Advisory Committee is made up of stakeholders from around the state and is charged with recommending projects for funding in ODOT’s Safe Routes to School Infrastructure and Non-Infrastructure Grant Programs. Learn more about the program on the website.
