Electricians, project managers, surveyors and more: at ODOT, they all experience something new and different nearly every day on the job. Some say “…it’s never boring.” For Vidal Francis, resident engineer in our Highway Region 2 (central Willamette Valley and northern coast), it’s a home away from home. Another employee likes the “Tonka toy” aspect – life-sized Tonka toys, that is.
